I'm part of a new Marine attachment to the USS Joan d'Arc in Corpus Christi, TX. All three of us new to both SFI and the SFMC and we are trying to at least put together the black utility uniform. So far we have been able to find all of the insignia and patches we need with the exception of the 3rd Bde patch. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me where we could purchase them?

I have found that there is some discrepancy in how the bi-monthly report is filed and filled in; this posting is a block of instruction on the proper way to input information on this form in order to unify all our units in their reporting procedures.

It may seem like a small point, but when you have 20 units, and everyone filling them out differently, it makes it very difficult to compile the form that your Battalion staff has to send up to Brigade, and so on.

Ok, normally I don't get into this type of thing in forum areas, but I've got to get this out or I'm going to explode inside. I'm sure you've all heard by now the story of how a mother and step father to a little 3 year old girl are now in jail accused of her murder. The latest is that she died of internal bleeding in the abdomen due to blunt trauma.

A visitor to the house had seen her laying "Face up and motionless" and called cops to investigate. They showed them an older daughter ...

I am very interested in helping our clubs regain that feeling of exitement and fun that we get through interaction and perhaps even some interclub competitions. What ever we do come up with, it will need the capablity to be applied over a wide geographic area; being in El Paso, this is very painfully evedent for us. We just can't run out to Austin, Dallas, etc on a monthly basis - and though it'd ne nice to have visiter here now and then, we understand that the financial concern is the same ...
